The ticketing systems trial is completed and we are now fully using it.

 

The system has the benefits of:-

  • allowing our customer to see their calls
  • Given an escalation process
  • also to give feedback (which we use in the engineering meetings)

New ticketing system

We are currently testing a new ticketing system and this will allow customer visability of the call system.
